Historic Jacksonville, Inc.

Historic Jacksonville, Inc. is an all volunteer 501(c)(3) non-profit organization established in 2013. Our mission is to share the stories of the people who transformed a gold rush town into the hub of 19th century Southern Oregon, bringing Jacksonville, Oregon's National Historic Landmark District to life. We manage 2 museums (the 1870s Beekman House and the 1863 Beekman Bank) and are in the process of creating a 3rd; offer multiple themed tours of the museums and the town that vary by season; and share a wealth of Jacksonville history through presentations, blogs, articles, social media, and our website.
