Friday · Day 01

Arrive & Experience the Festival Kickoff

    Check in at Riverside Inn, unwind by the Rogue River, and get ready for a weekend of art, shopping, and great company.

    Start with riverfront dinner at Taprock Northwest Grill.

  • Festival kickoff

    Head downtown as Art Along the Rogue officially begins. Stroll through the artist squares before chalking starts, see each artist’s inspiration piece beside their blank square, enjoy live music, and experience opening-night energy in Historic Downtown Grants Pass.

Saturday · Day 02

Art, Shopping & Live Music

  • Morning

    Start at Ma Mosa’s, then explore artist booths, meet chalk artists, watch the first colors hit the sidewalks, and discover original artwork throughout the festival.

  • Late morning

    Browse Historic Downtown’s locally owned boutiques, bookstores, gift shops, and specialty retailers before the afternoon music begins. Saturday is the best shopping day because many downtown shops are closed on Sundays.

  • Lunch

    Relax over lunch and Rogue Valley wine at The Twisted Cork Wine Bar, then head back to the festival.

  • Afternoon & evening

    Settle in for live music as the chalk art evolves from outlines into vibrant works. Between performances, revisit favorite artists, grab a coffee or sweet treat, and stay for the evening’s headline performances.
